Hopefully, we made more than 3 people smile yesterday. You at least made a conscious effort to do so, I hope. The funny thing about making other people smile is that it puts a grin on our face as well. That is the object here, to put us in a happy frame of mind. In the next couple of days while you are out and about, put it to the test to see if you can get 3 strangers to smile. My guess is yesterday they were people you know. Happiness is a state of mind...a state I would like to live in- a natural state!
Tomorrow I will talk about a social experiment...... Have been doing it for years, you might want to try it.
